Sharing is caring!

As event professionals, it’s extremely hard to find the right wedding tools that will help you keep track of all your events, help you share inspirations and tips with your clients and make it easy for you to run your wedding business on the long run! With technology always changing and evolving we have come up with some great wedding tools that you can start using today to ensure you are well organized, well presented and trusted by clients.

These wedding tools will also simplify your client process and save you lots of time. Excel spreadsheets, Powerpoint presentations, and Word documents are still my go-to tools for creating certain things that I may need for my clients such as wedding itineraries. So you can definitely keep using these.

Before we get started, we wanted to invite you to join our Wedding Pro group. And if you are serious about your Wedding business, then you should be on Pinterest. Creative Inspiration boards //1 – Pinterest

My number one tool and the most powerful wedding tool to use is Pinterest! This tool is the best way for sharing images, finding inspiration and helping brides plan a wedding.  You are able to create private boards to share with your clients. If you are feeling stuck on what to share and create with your clients or are unable to get your creative juices going, you can always count on Pinterest to do the trick.

It’s a great tool for sharing past events you have planned as well as for creating a mini portfolio that you can share with your clients. Believe it or not, it is my number on referral tool base for booking clients. If you are not sure how to use Pinterest to your advantage, we have a course designed for you right here

Its a great tool for designers and other wedding pros to come up with ideas for event décor, design, and themes.

 The Happiness Planner // 3

Keep your schedule and planning in check with the Happiness Planner. I love this planner because it focuses on a lot more than just a calendar. It has enough space to plan out your actual full day such as adding in exercise block times, meals and your to-do lists! It also shares positive thoughts to keep your day going and believing. We all need this from time to time.

As wedding planners juggling multiple events, it can become extremely stressful, we can barely find time to work out and block time for ourselves- This will force you to do so! Give it a try. **Use this link to get started

 Mailerlite// 4

Mailerlite is a tool I use to create emails that I can send out to potential clients. When you get a list from a wedding show, create campaigns to send to your list using mailerlite. It is more professional and saves you a lot of time. You are also able to keep track of those that are reading your emails and those that did not open it.

You can also start building and collecting your own email list of clients using this tool. Make your email campaign pretty by adding your brand colors and logos! It’s free for the first 1000 people on the list!

The reason I love mailerlite is that they do no spam readers and emails are guaranteed to go to the client’s inbox instead of junk mail.
