After giving birth to my daughter, I was diagnosed with PCOS (long story). But basically my hormones were all out of whack and I just started putting on weight.

I also knew that I need to lose weight before the wedding to ensure I felt good about myself.
And the weight gain was beginning to affect my health.

You will need to lose about 1 pound per week to be healthy.
I would suggest starting as early as 6 months prior to your wedding day as it will give you plenty of time.
It will also depend on how much weight you need to get rid of.

Wonderful sharing. I’m a contractor and my wife is a housewife. I was searching fat burning exercises for my wife. She is 32 years old and has some extra weight. As much as I learned from different articles, exercises and Yoga are always great workouts to lose weight fast, but there must be a good healthy dieting program. Moreover, planks, crunches, lunges, and V-Ups are helpful to reduce fat and make tummy flat. Thanks a lot for such a nice sharing.

It is so difficult to calculate what you’re eating when you are a vegetarian. I never eat sugar or junk foods. We use only whole grains and eat a lot of healthy vegetables and legumes. There is zero processed foods in our diet as I cook everyday. I drink at least 8+ cups of water per day,
