You can definitely Apply in other countries. A tutorial coming up. In the top right corner where it says US, just switch countries. In terms of a donor, pick you do not have a donor and one will be assigned.

I have tried the surveys and the ones I would fill out and complete were giving very little payout. They could not give me surveys because of where I lived or that I didn’t meet the criteria (i.e. marital status, income, etc.)
Yes I find different ones are harder to achieve but once you find one or two that works, it can be golden.
